My approach to real estate started years ago at my parents’ pharmacy in Brighton; it was there that they instilled in their four kids a core of genuine care, work ethic, integrity, and professional competence. Those qualities became the foundation of my work as a teacher, and today, I bring that same philosophy to my real estate practice, ensuring that every client feels both personally supported and professionally protected.
Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent over two decades as a teacher, including a wonderful four-year teaching stint in Colombia, S.A. I use my many “teacher skills” in the world of real estate, and have been acknowledged numerous times for my ability to break down the various parts of a real estate transaction into simple, manageable steps. If things get hectic, I’m here as the calm voice in the room, keeping communication clear and the process moving forward smoothly.
I also bring over twenty years of personal experience in real estate investing. Ricardo and I manage a portfolio of investment properties within both Ontario and Alberta, and I’ve project managed a number of extensive renovations and rehabs, identifying hidden value, managing budgets, and seeing the true potential in a property that others might miss.
